I don't lease beats. Instead, I offer my beats for exclusive purchase, with agreements structured around the specific project and artist. Depending on the arrangement, deals can include provisions covering royalties, publishing, composition splits, usage, and other terms that make sense for both sides. Every artist and every project is different, and I'm open to discussing a deal that works for everyone involved.
